The Florida State Seminoles’ 27-2 win at the Florida Gators on Saturday was the most watched college football game of the 2015 season in Orlando.
It was also the most watched primetime event of the week in Orlando. Only the Thanksgiving afternoon NFL game between the Carolina Panthers and Dallas Cowboys had more viewers for a sporting event with 377,237 viewers.
The Sunshine State Showdown garnered 350,068 viewers in Orlando.
The number is more than 100,000 viewers more than Florida-Georgia and Florida State-Clemson games which were the second and third most watched college football games of the season.
SportsCenter which aired right after the Noles-Gators game garnered 203,429 viewers in Orlando. Florida State-Florida was also the number one program for people ages 18 to 49 demographic for the week.
